Landscaping Services for Your Home

Our routine work covers lawn care, mulch and beds, seasonal cleanup and irrigation checks. The larger projects include sod installation, landscape design, hardscape installation, tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, stump grinding, bamboo removal and full property cleanup. Most yards need a mix of both, so we look at how the pieces affect each other: a broken sprinkler zone kills sod, and an overgrown oak shades out turf. Pick one service or ask us to look at the whole property.

    Lawn Care

Scheduled mowing, edging, feeding and pest checks matched to your grass type and the Florida calendar, so small lawn problems get caught early.

  • Over-the-shoulder view of two people reviewing a colored landscape plan on a front lawn, with planted beds, block edging and a stone path by a stucco home behind

    Landscape Design

A scaled layout, a plant list matched to sun and soil, and a phased budget, so you can build the yard you want in steps you can afford.

  • Gloved worker spreading dark brown mulch around white vinca in a foundation bed beside a stucco wall, with paver edging and green lawn

    Mulch and Beds

Bed clearing, clean edges and fresh mulch laid at a measured depth, with a refresh schedule so the next round is planned instead of rushed.

  • Worker in a gray cap and T-shirt adjusting the dial on a timer box mounted on a stucco exterior wall beside a mulched bed of crotons

    Irrigation

Zone-by-zone sprinkler testing, valve and head repair, drip lines for beds, and controller schedules set to match the season and local watering rules.

  • Landscaping crew doing yard cleanup at a stucco Florida home, one worker with a backpack leaf blower, another raking clippings, and paper yard bags lined up by the sidewalk

    Seasonal Cleanup

Scheduled cleanups that clear oak leaf drop, freeze-damaged growth and overgrown beds before they turn into a bigger, costlier job.

  • Kneeling landscaper unrolls a strip of sod over bare soil beside freshly laid grass, with stacked sod rolls and a wheelbarrow on a paver patio behind

    Sod Installation

New St. Augustine, Bahia or Zoysia sod laid on a cleared, graded base, with grass chosen for your sun, shade and irrigation.

  • Worker kneeling on a new paver patio beside a stucco home, setting brick pavers over a sand base, with a rubber mallet and float nearby and palm trees behind

    Hardscape Installation

Paver patios, walkways, driveways and retaining walls built on a compacted base, sloped for drainage and held in place with proper edge restraint.

  • Worker in a white cap uses a pole pruner to trim an oak limb in a Florida side yard, cut branches piled on the grass beside a stucco house and chain-link fence

    Tree Trimming and Removal

Structural pruning, clearance trimming and planned tree removal, scheduled before hurricane season so weak limbs come down on your terms.

  • Low-angle view of a worker in a green long-sleeve shirt and gloves using a chainsaw to trim old frond bases from a palm trunk beside a white stucco house

    Palm Tree Pruning and Removal

We cut dead fronds, seed stalks and coconuts without stripping healthy green growth, and we remove palms that are diseased, dying or planted in the wrong place.

  • Worker in jeans and gray shirt guiding a yellow stump grinder into a tree stump on a backyard lawn, wood chips spraying, white stucco house behind

    Stump Grinding

We grind stumps and surface roots below grade, then haul the chips or backfill with soil so the spot is ready for sod, beds or pavers.

  • Worker in gray shirt and cap pulls cut bamboo canes beside a dense bamboo stand in a side yard, with a wheelbarrow of debris and a white vinyl fence behind

    Bamboo Removal

We cut, dig and haul out running or clumping bamboo, including the underground rhizomes that cause regrowth, and add root barrier where you want some to stay.

  • Landscaping crew cleaning up a Florida stucco home's front beds: one worker carries a backpack blower, one rakes mulch, one fills paper yard waste bags beside the lawn

    Property Cleanup

We cut back overgrowth, pull invasive vines, clear brush and debris, and haul everything away so your yard is ready for mowing, beds or new sod.

About Landscaping Titusville

We started this company to do yard work the way we would want it done at our own house: look carefully first, explain the cause, then fix it properly. Our crews work on everything from weekly mowing to removing a full stand of running bamboo, so we see how one problem leads to the next.

Central Florida yards change fast. Summer rain pushes turf and weeds hard, dry spring months stress lawns on struggling irrigation, and storm season tests every tree and palm. Our job is to help you get ahead of those cycles with a plan you understand and can afford, instead of paying for rushed repairs later.

How We Work With Homeowners

Most yard problems start small and get expensive when they are ignored. We spend our time on the walkthrough so you can fix things in the right order, on a schedule that fits your budget.

A walkthrough before any number

We walk the property with you, check the irrigation controller and a few zones, look at turf, beds and trees, and note drainage. You hear what we see while we are standing in front of it.

Now, next season, later

Every estimate sorts the work by urgency. A dead limb over the roof goes in the first column. A paver patio you want someday goes in the last, with enough detail that you can plan for it.

Line items you can read

Labor, materials, haul-off and any equipment such as a stump grinder are listed separately. If you want to drop or delay one item, you can see exactly what changes.

Honest repair-or-replace answers

A thinning lawn is not always a sod job. Sometimes it is a clogged spray head, chinch bugs or too much shade, and we tell you which before you spend money on new grass.

Clean finishes

We blow off drives and walks, rake clippings out of beds and haul away debris we create. You should not have to clean up after us.

How a Job Runs From First Call to Cleanup

Small jobs and large projects follow the same steps, so you always know what comes next.

  1. 1

    Phone call

Tell us what is bothering you about the yard and anything you have been putting off. We set a time to come out.

  2. 2

    On-site walkthrough

We inspect turf, beds, trees, palms and the irrigation system, and we take photos of problem spots so you have a record of what we found.

  3. 3

    Written plan and estimate

You get line items grouped by priority, and larger projects can be split into phases. If paying over time suits you better, we offer financing for amounts up to $100,000, with repayment set anywhere from 2 to 12 years and no penalty for paying it off early.

  4. 4

    Scheduled work day

We confirm the date ahead of time, mark sprinkler heads before digging and protect beds and hardscapes near the work area.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and walk-off

We clear debris, blow off hard surfaces and walk the finished work with you, including any watering instructions for new sod or plantings.

Where We Work

We are based in Titusville and work throughout the surrounding area, including Mims, Port St. John, Sharpes and North Merritt Island. We also take jobs in Cocoa, Cocoa West, Cape Canaveral, Tropical Park, Wedgefield and Bithlo.

What Moves the Price of Landscaping Work

We do not quote from a price sheet, because two yards the same size can need very different work. These are the factors that change an estimate most, and we point out which ones apply to your property during the walkthrough.

Your estimate is free, written and itemized after we see the property in person. Nothing is added later without talking to you first.

Size and access
Square footage matters, but so does whether a truck and trailer can reach the work area. A backyard behind a fence with a narrow gate means hand-carrying sod pallets, mulch or pavers, which adds labor time.
What is under the surface
Sandy Florida soil drains fast and holds few nutrients. Grading low spots, removing old turf and roots, or adding topsoil before sod goes down all add steps, and skipping them shortens the life of the new work.
Materials you choose
St. Augustine and Zoysia sod, pine bark and cypress mulch, concrete pavers and natural stone all carry different costs. We show you the options and how each one holds up in heat and heavy rain.
Condition of the irrigation
Many projects depend on water reaching the right places. Broken heads, leaking valves or zones that overlap poorly get repaired before new plantings, so we check the system first.
Tree size and debris volume
Height, trunk diameter and how close a tree or palm stands to the house or power lines decide how it comes down. More debris means more haul-off, and grinding a large stump takes longer than a small one.
Timing
Trimming in late winter or spring, before hurricane season starts in June, is easier to schedule than waiting until a storm is in the forecast. Planning ahead usually means more flexible dates.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

How much does landscaping cost?
It depends on the size of the area, access, materials and what condition the soil, irrigation and existing plants are in. We do not give phone prices because they are usually wrong. After a free walkthrough you get a written, itemized estimate so you can see where the money goes.
What happens during the free walkthrough?
We walk the yard with you, look at turf, beds, trees and palms, run a few irrigation zones and note drainage. We explain what we see and why it is happening. Afterward we send a written plan that separates urgent work from projects that can wait.
Can I spread a big project out over time?
Yes. We often break larger jobs into phases, such as fixing irrigation and grading first, then sod, then beds and hardscapes. If you would rather get everything done in one go, ask about our financing: you can borrow up to $100,000, pick a term between 2 and 12 years, and pay the balance down early without any prepayment penalty.
When is the best time to install new sod?
Warm months from spring through early fall are best, since St. Augustine and Zoysia root quickly when soil is warm. Summer rain helps establishment, but new sod still needs scheduled watering for the first few weeks. We give you a watering schedule that fits local irrigation restrictions.
How often should palms be trimmed, and how much should come off?
Most palms need pruning once or twice a year to remove dead fronds and seed pods. We avoid cutting green fronds above the horizontal line, because over-pruning starves the palm and weakens the crown. Doing it before hurricane season reduces loose debris in high wind.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree?
Some tree removals require a permit, depending on the tree's size, species and location on your lot. We look at the tree during the walkthrough and tell you whether yours likely needs one. If it does, we explain the steps before any cutting starts.
Why is my lawn turning brown even though the sprinklers run?
Common causes are spray heads blocked by grass, a zone with a failing valve, poor coverage overlap or chinch bugs in sunny St. Augustine. We check the irrigation and the turf itself before recommending anything. Often a repair costs far less than replacing the lawn.
